Comes with a little pamphlet that explains the history of the company and testimonials of those that had to use the spray along with instructions. I got this for use against a dangerous neighbor dog. People haven't been bitten yet so nothing can be done by authorities. It is easy to clip on clothing or put in a side pocket, will be easy to use, sprays out to a good distance and is large enough so there's enough to give confidence we won't run out of spray during an encounter.
