Excellent pressure head for the price & size

For an 8" size head you're still getting very solid water pressure. And at that cost its hard to beat. There is only 1 spray pattern, and the head itself is made of plastic. Flow restricor comes out pretty easy too ;)

Good unit, some serviceability

This shower generally works well, although the flow restrictor may become fouled if the water supply lines are new. Also, after reading reports of the head separating, or seams coming apart, note that the top and bottom parts of this unit actually unscrew. If a gap starts to form along the edges of the head, you may be able to place your hands on the wide back and front parts and tighten them without removing the unit from the supply pipe. If you remove the unit from the supply pipe, you then can dissemble it, and then easily pop out the flow restrictor from the backside of the fitting with the tap of a small screwdriver or hex wrench. When reassembled, tightened, and properly reinstalled (use pipe thread tape), the water flow volume will be significantly increased, although you will use more water during a shower.
