Faster, adjustable filters with good instructions

I was surprised to find these filters at Walmart.com since I bought the water pitcher at Aldi. They came with clear instructions about priming the filter. After removing the disks from the bottom of the filters, soak them in cold water for 15 minutes. (I used a deep bowl and placed a heavy mug on top to hold them under water.) Then you rinse the filter for 10 seconds with cold water. Then you put the disks back on, put it in the pitcher, and fill the pitcher with cold water. This will remove charcoal dust, and you'll have gray water. It says to discard that water and fill it up again, but I water my plants with it. Same with the 2nd pitcher fulll. You can consume water after the 3rd time. That's when you restart the timer on the lid. I like the way these filters have adjustable water flow disks on the bottom to control the speed of filtering the water. I also like the lower price. My hubby still uses a very old Brita pitcher.

I gave Walmart this rating for quality, price, and overall satisfaction because I was genuinely impressed with the product. I purchased water filters, and Walmart was the only place that had the specific brand I was looking for – Levoit. I used to buy them on Amazon, but they were discontinued there. The Levoit brand, in particular, has won me over, and I prefer it over other options. The quality of the product, combined with the reasonable price, made my overall shopping experience highly satisfying. Keep stocking those Levoit filters – you've got a happy customer in me!

So glad these are back!!

It's been over a year searching everywhere, even at Levoit itself. So Glad l didn't give up %26 toss the pitcher. I've used other pitchers %26 double filter my coffee with PUR %26 Keurig. I find the taste of Levoit filtered water far better then others. In comparison the filters are reasonably priced. I always have two cases of 40 ct. water bottles. I've been drinking bottled water since the '70's in LA %26 recycling since the 60's. The caps can be used as Legos with a little glue.
