Attractive and easy to use and clean

These canisters are well-made out of heavy glass and smooth wood, and they are easy to use and clean. They hold a substantial amount of flour, sugar, dried fruit, etc. The wide mouth makes it easy to use a small scoop or measuring cup to take out the contents. They are airtight enough to keep dry contents fresh, but they are not leakproof for liquids. I love that they are squared-off because that makes them easy to store side-by-side without the wasted space that cylindrical canisters create. I also love that they are made of glass and wood (with a silicone gasket inside the lid) rather than plastic.

Part of my routine that keeps me healthy ;)

I used to go to a smoothie shop where they have jars of special nutritional addictives you could pay extra to add. To save money I bought a cheap Walmart blender, frozen Walmart berries cauliflower Great Value non fat Greek yogurt and now this beautiful glorious jar to keep all my feel good special ingredients in like bee pollen, nutritional yeast, vit c, royal jelly, tumeric.... bamboo fiber etc. I add a scoop to purified water every morning and sip throughout the day, makes me fell like I have a special weapon and of course in smoothies and other concoctions. Jar is a well crafted magnificent bargain and much bigger than I thought, came well packed to replace my pickle jar I'm now retiring. I add my powder goodies... put the cool bamboo lid on then ***shake shake shake!!*** My wooden scoop spoon sits perfectly on the flat top looking equally cool! haha!
