They worked great for my kids' blacklight dance party themed birthday. Some of the colors didn't stand out as strong as the others, but overall, they did the trick. Many had small pin size holes I noticed once I blew them up and tried tying them, so I had to toss those, but with a pack of 100, I had more than enough to work with.
