We LOVE these kitchen scissors. My teenage son is our house chef, and he purchased these with a gift card that he received for Christmas. He ordered 2 pairs, and we are so glad he did! We use one pair for gereral kitchen use, such as opening packages, and we use the other for food prep. These scissors are an excellent bargain! They are absolutely worth every penny! They have saved us so much hassle in the kitchen! They are quite sharp and we haven't yet found anything they won't cut. We have used them a lot, already, and they haven't dulled at all. I would definitely recommend purchasing these scissors, and at this price, it'd be a great idea to order a pair for any use you may need scissors for!

However, I made the mistake of trying to open a box I had received in the mail. These scissors are not strong enough to open boxes and things like that. I recommend them because they are very useful and very cost-effective so just don't try to open cardboard heavy duty boxes with these scissors.!
