TO CLEAN AND DISINFECT HARD, NONPOROUS SURFACES: Spray application: Turn nozzle counterclockwise to ON. Spray 6–8 inches from surface and allow product to penetrate tough stains and messes. Treated surface must remain visibly wet for 30 seconds. Wipe with a wet sponge or cloth and rinse with water. No scrubbing required. For visibly soiled surfaces, preclean surface before disinfecting.

Don't like this set!
I am a proponent of stainless steel cookware. I have a few cast iron pieces as well. I think ceramic cookware is too fragile. I don't want to deal with the result of the costing chipping. What is under there? If it's aluminum, I would worry about health endangerment. I am a Senior citizen who wants to not have any more plaque in my brain. I don't remember being asked what substitute would be acceptable. I wouldn't have chosen this set.

Good foam cleaner
Good strong cleaner. The bleach is better at removing stains and mold. Tried non bleach cleaner and they just don't seem to work as well. The citrus scent is not as bad as plain bleach. Was very pleased with the cleaning power. The foam stays in place and allows for easy cleaning.
