Not comparable with any mirror ball as described

Documentation is very clear but it says it's compatible with pro X mirrorball as long as its under 30 inch so I ordered a ProX 12 inch mirror ball and there's no apparatus for securely connecting this motor to that mirrorball. ProX support gust give me crickets when i ask... I can't find a single mirrorball that says does vertical orientation. Why do they offer this orphan product??
