Cards did not arrive: tracking number NobleWoks gave me appears to be fabricated

Well, it has now been 24 days since I ordered Christmas cards from NobleWorks, hoping to send them this year. They have not arrived, tracking number given by them is invalid. Customer service said, three days ago, "Oh, they are at the delivery point. You should have them today or tomorrow at the latest." That was three days ago and they have still not arrived. That means I am writing Christmas letters
