FOREVER AURA-42 Womens Back Lace Up Knee High Boots Winter Boots

I was sent a box that was damaged, held together with rubber bands - That would have been no problem - However, upon opening said box, I found a pair of boots in the wrong size, checked my order to make sure it was not my error - I selected the correct size, the seller sent the wrong size. Not only that, the boots themselves were COVERED in mold, mildew and a yellow looking fungus type thing going on on the outside. Obviously no one wants to mess with cleaning mold, mildew and weird fungus let alone when it comes to something they're putting on their body. Nor should they have to when purchasing a NEW item. Absolutely disgusting practices on the sellers part for attempting to send these out.
