Shower head will not stay in position

As has been reported by another reviewer recently, the handheld bracket on the slide bar simply does not keep the hand held in position, even without water in it. It will just rotate down & there is no adjustment. This is the second one we now have to replace for our customer & the bathroom project was just completed two years ago. Definitely a poor design, especially since it can not be adjusted or tightened.

Won't support its own hand-held

Slider will not hold the shower head angle once it fills with water. It just rotates down to aim at the wall. This is even after getting a brand new replacement slider part. There is no adjustment for tightening the position.
