Plenty of storage at a low price

I bought this flash drive for file storage because I was running out of space on my hard drive. Using a flash drive is the easiest and least expensive solution. I was told that flash drives are suitable for long-term storage and I hope that my files don't deteriorate while sitting on the drive for a year or two. Thus far, I've transferred 66 GB of files to the drive with no problem, although the write speed seems a bit slow at about 15 MB/sec.
