Smoker is a bust.

Bad instructions on how to assembly. No step by step instruction on what to put together first. All screws in one bag and not numbered. Had to Google the grates on how to use in the grill. Smoke came out of the sides of the barrel because there is not a tight fit. Hard to keep the fire at a consistent temperature.
