40lb Box Pool Cal Flake

dont like being lied to cheated or scammed completely unprofessional and not what i order so much time gone on phone calls reviews ect and now have to try to find the same product else where zero stars hope this third party is fired

Be cautious. I received box (no damage to box whatsoever) and the bag inside was not sealed and was put into the box upside down. So, when I opened it...there was product all inside the box and the interior of the box was wet. I don't know if this is a dessicant and draws moisture to the product and that's how the inside was soaking wet or what but the only signs of moisture on the exterior of the box was on the clear tape the box was taped with (in the 1/4" gap of the top of the box meeting). There was condensation. Not good and not worth the savings I received ordering and not getting from the pool supply store.
