I have been using for 3 years. when ever I feel uti coming on. 2 Tbls add a little water, down quick and yogurt or something to remove taste from my mouth. 2 or 3 x a day. then no pain from uti. faiely fast acting. It says continue for week. then maintenance. I like using viniger on food. but this smells)tastes very different from vinegar and hurbs. and difficult for me to take unless I feel uti discomfort. still I have managed along time recommend, I also take D-Mannonose capsules. and 1% hrdrocortizon cream for itchy skin relief. cheaper than monostate vaginal itching cream with allovera. I got so tired of doctors giving me antibiotics and then I would need a second round. It seamed a visious circle. I'm trying a new dr of both naturalpathy and western medicine. due to cough, nasel drip, and hearing loss. and periodic swelling. So good luck ladies, Getting old is better than the alternative.
