This is a perfect machine. It arrived in great condition and was not dirty or scratched like other reviews said. It came in a plain brown box, but other than that everything was there. I have a 1700sq ft home with 4 large area rugs and mostly bare floor. I can clean the floors in the whole house without needing a recharge. What a steal of a deal.

arrive in perfect condition. I have had several cheaper models over the years, thinking that no way is a dyson worth the money... well, it's definitely worth the money! picked up 3 hoppers full on the first charge. will the battery last? i don't know, but I got the entire first floor (3 hoppers worth) all at the middle power setting, so if I get a few years out of the refurb price, I'll be happy. Oh, and you absolutely need the absolute if you have hardwood floors, that soft head is game changing - only thing missing is an LED light so that you can see the dust you need to get.

Really love this vacuum. The power plug was the only issue, out of the box the prongs were completely bent together and I had to use pliers to bend them back in order to plug it into the wall. Other than that, the vacuum has been a breeze to use the past three months. My only regret is not getting it sooner.
