really nice and reasonably priced toner
this toner is great for adding back the ph level in your skin after cleansing. you can use a cotton ball ( i use a small ball so i dont waste the product) or those round cotton pads. i love to use it especially after a cleaning and then a mask. i put it on before a great cream, and wow does my skin come back to life. the dull, lifeless pallor is gone.

It does everything and a little bit more for my skin. It hydrates, refreshes, clears old, and dry skin away, leaves my in softer, and clean. After a few days, it looks clear, even-toned, and the adult acne is better controlled. I love that it is alcohol free and clears and reduces my pore size! Refreshes and tones is right!
