These shoes are reliable and a great deal for the quality level. I run 15-20 miles per week and these shoes do the job. I used to do a lot of trail running with Asics Gel-Venture 8 shoes, and once those shoes wore out, I switched to these shoes after moving to the city and mostly only running on hard sidewalks. I noticed immediately how much further and more comfortably I could run with the Gel-excite 8 on the harder city terrain than my previous worn-out pair of trail running shoes. I will probably buy another pair of these shoes when this pair wears out.
