There are very very few named brand products that I will use over white labeled equivalencies. This is one of those few. They work fast. They taste good. They provide a nice little calcium boost to the system. They are easy to chew and are not 'overly' hard, as some tend to be. At this level of dosage, 1 or 2 tablets and I am good to go.

Sometimes I get indigestion. I have prescription for indigestion. The prescription doesn't work for me. I chew one tablet and sip room temperature water or warm tea. Instantly I started to feel relief. Excuse me, but I start belching. I stopped using for several years because I used the prescription. Well I am using Tums again.
