I purchased this headset about two weeks ago, it finally arrived at my house and I was excited to use it. Unfortunately, when I opened the box there was no headset but only an electric can opener. I prefer regular can openers and also the product I ordered. There is no phone number to contact them, you're forced to play email tag for weeks on end with no resolution in sight. Do not buy unless you're in the mood for a mystery box
