Just as pictured. The charms, if worn all at the same time, will slide together at the bottom. If you like the look of them being spread out, you could open the ring of each charm and attach it to certain links on the chain which should be fairly easy to do since the links on the chain are large enough. Pretty!

Very pretty. I like that I can wear it with one or any number of the charms, however they will all slide together at the bottom if worn together, unless you wanted to open the ring on a charm and attach it to a particular link in the chain, which would be pretty easy to do since the links are large enough to easily do so. The pearl is 12mm. The chain is 18 inches long.
