I'm typically a menstrual cup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm typically a menstrual cup girl but I wore these undies without a cup on cycle days 1 and 3 without any mishaps (or mess!). They fit true to size and handled a moderate flow throughout my workday. I was happy about the absorbency because I usually have some leaks with my menstrual cup. I was nervous to wash them with my other clothes but they were fine with a pre-rinse.

Endo Warriors best friend

I have endometriosis and my periods are so heavy. I can't sleep most the time because I'm worried I'll wake up to an embarrassing mess. I bought the hipsters and I do not even worry anymore. They even work without tampons overnight. I love them so much
