Versatile

I really like this baster. It is extremely useful for steaming vegetables-"basting" them as liquid is retained when using this cover. Nice that the silicone can sit on a hot grill. It is quite large as a bowl and will hold an entire bag of chips. I really like it to keep in the car as a collapsible dog water dish. Holds a large quantity of water and takes little car space as it folds flat. Nice carrying handle/handle to pick it up off the grill when using as a baster. Also reasonably lightweight-a plus when camping or carrying it for use for the dogs for a day at the beach. I highly recommend this item.

Basting Dome - Adventure Ready for sure!

This is collapsible basting dome that can be used indoors or outdoors. Works great for steaming vegetables on a flat top grill or griddle then doubles as a bowl!!! I love the fact that it folds flat too. Easy to clean when cool snd nice to take while traveling. Measures 8x8x6. Perfect to stop splattering when cooking steaks on my stove. Keeps it all moist and tender as well. A great product from Blackstone!

Basting dome and serving dish in one.

These things are amazing. I purchased 2 which happens to cover my griddle perfectly. They steam perfectly no damage from being on the grill and just when I thought I couldn't get more out of them they double as a serving bowl. The fact they are square also helps with wasted space when cubic inches are at a premium.
