Not too thick, not too thin. Just right. Not too warm, not too cold, just right. Not to big, not too small. Juuuust right. Extra, extra soft but not slippery. Knitted holes are small enough not to let air pass through, but big enough to aerate the skin and keep my baby from sweating

We got this for our son (2.5) who never had a favorite blanket or stuffed animal, he's always been easy going. NOW he has this blanket and he LOVES it. He will not sleep without it. He is a very HOT sleeper but needs 3 (I don't understand toddlers) blankets all the time. This is a great thickness, not too hot or too cold and it is the perfect size. I wanted to buy a second one for when his needs to be washed (we have washed several times with no issues it is just as soft as when we first got it) but the ginger yellow is not available anymore. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
