We are super picky about the decor in our home. I guess, I am the one that is the pain about it. Why? I love contemporary design with a little modern and minimalist splash. It is difficult to find everything we want: design/high quality which is why Kichler is our first choice. This vanity design is perfect. No surprises here it is just like Kichler said it would be. These fixtures are sturdy and solid. This is a satin etched glass, (not plastic) with a chrome (steel) frame. We set up on a dim-able switch which is awesome for early morning wake up calls. We also love LED. We always appreciate the energy efficiency in any fixture. These are also flexible to install in a horizontal or vertical position. An all around fabulous fixture. I love the looks of this vanity light and am so happy with how it lights up the bathroom. It is very elegant and stylish, yet simple. It's pretty easy to install, just fasten to the wall and slide the glass piece in the frame. My only worry/concern is about the lights, as it has a strip of lights and not the typical bulbs, so I'm not sure if they ever get worn out or blow how it can be fixed or if the whole thing will just need replaced.
