Surprisingly effective
I did not expect a cream to have instant effect, and i've bought another one for a friend with arthritis. Being prone to muscle ache on my shoulders this provided surprising instant relief. Great for when you dont always have time to go for a massage.

MediNatura T-Relief 8 oz Arnica Cream
I've been using the MediNatura, T-Relief, Arnica +12 Cream, Extra Strength 8 oz cream for a month and has worked well for my sore back muscle pain, elbow and foot joint pain. For actual back disc pain this will work but won't be as effective as I find this works better for muscle and joint aches and pain. My wife has tried this for her knee arthritis but has has found that it's not as effective as she would like. This cream will vary per person on how effective it is but it will definitely help and I would recommend trying it for yourself. The cream has a very nice texture and very low scent and goes on easily over the skin. I used the MediNatura, T-Relief, Arnica +12, Extra Strength, 100 Tablets with the cream for best results.

Excellent!
This was the first time buying this product and it's excellent. Love the size, texture and its composition. It absorbs week with a smooth feel and not a strong scent. I've used it for a week now and find it effective. This is great value and and quality. I really prefer this tub package to the tubes as it's easier to control. I highly recommend this
