I usually wear Asics Gel (have been buying that brand for the last 10 years or so) from mid-range to the Noosa-line. For day-to-day as well as for running (half-marathon). So I bought these simply to try something cheap for at home/office. I was surprised by a) how comfortable they are and b) the price. The design is subtle and I can recommend these for daily use. However, the sole is relatively hard and stiff - I would not buy these for running.
