This product is the coolest thing! I don't have a pullout cutting board and my counter is tiny so this lets me use the stove or sink as an additional food prep space. I have a large, coffee-table book that I protect in a plastic bag (from moisture, not knife cuts — this stuff is impervious to the knife). I lay the book across two burners and put a sheet of this on top. Works like a dream, and the cutting mechanism is nothing short of brilliant. I wish every wrap maker would do this instead of tear-off blades that I have cut myself on more than once. As soon as I go through enough boxes of this stuff, I'll have enough to re-box all my wraps as soon as I buy them! Especially with plastic wrap, I can position it next to whatever I want to wrap, pull out the plastic wrap and bada bing, bada boom, slide the cutter across the wrap instead of pulling the wrap against a serrated blade! Brilliant me! The product is also washable. One side is slightly textured, the other side is smooth, and the box, while larger than other wrap boxes, sits on the shelf just fine.

What a great idea, These disposable cutting boards save so much time .I use them everyday not just for cutting but when ever I need to be sure my surface is super clean .With these boards I don't have to worry about cross contamination. Also at a very reasonable price. Thank you for a great product.😀
