Item is just the cover no frame, shipping no refun

The shipping cost nearly as much as the item and I later found out it was not refundable. I had ordered several units and each one had a shipping charge, per unit, which again cost nearly as much as the item, with tax. The item itself was just the cover and not the frame for the canopy.
