Love the holiday 1998 version of buzz lightyear! My 2 year old son is obsessed with buzz so ive been collecting all the special editions. I was suprised to see a vintage buzz at walmart! I could have easily bought from ebay where the discription is accurate. But i told myself walmart is better.....not always true. This was another seller sold thru walmart. No where in the discription does it say the buttons no longer have voice responce, no where does it say the hemet is cloudy due to age i guess, then when i removed the battery pack the orignal batteries had corroded so bad it was just caked all over the battery compartment. After scrubbing with gloves and a wire brush i was finally able to make my buzz work again. WONT BUY VINTAGE FROM WALMART ANYMORE. atleast ebay says in the discription no longer working blah blah for less money cuz they no longer work might i add. Tried to contact seller via discription left in box was unable to connect. Go figure. Overall the doll is great now that i got it to work. But i wouldnt have purchased it at $115 to be worn and corroded.
