Sensodyne Pronamel Intensive Enamel Repair Sensitive Toothpaste, Clean Mint, 3.4 Oz, for Adults

Seems to be doing something effective! Lately, I've been experiencing a sensitivity to temperature and chocolate on a tooth or two. Hours after the very first use of this toothpaste, the usual level of pain felt turned down several notches while eating and drinking on that same side. But then, when I casually swished some water around in my mouth, like I'd normally do when drinking with a meal, I must have washed away a lot of the good stuff protecting those teeth, because the pain returned to its normal agitation within a few seconds and cold water strongly hurt again. Upon the second usage of this toothpaste, the same effect occurred, so do be careful with drinks! When I use this toothpaste, I take care to only rinse my lips and tongue so I don't instantly wash all the minerals away like if I were to swirl water throughout my whole mouth at the end of a brushing. So far, and after just a few days, this toothpaste has surprised me!! I'm glad I took the chance to buy it!

I don't care for the pastey consistency of this one and I don't feel that it helps with sensitivity like the pronamel does but it's ok otherwise.
