Great Omega 3
I reorder it every time I run out. I eat it every day and I am very seldom sick. I take other vitamins too. It important to have as much omega 3 as we can get to balance out omega 6 that we get a lot of with our diets. I love this brand and will keep on reordering

Bought this because people say fish oil is good for hair (like making is more smooth and shiny etc). I think my hair is doing better after like a week or so? Plus I also sleep better at night when I take fish oil. It is also said that fish oil helps with inflammation. : )
