Product details
The 100-ton heavy duty H-frame shop press utilizes an air/hydraulic power system that delivers up to 100 tons of pressing force. When components need to be removed or assembled, this press delivers the controlled power to get the job done. The pressing ram head may be operated with either of the hydraulic hand pump levers or the pneumatic pump (actuated by the foot pedal). One handle accelerates the ram head to the pressing point, while the other handle is used to deliver maximum pressure when the full press capacity is needed. The frame is robotic welded for maximum strength. A winch cable system is utilized to easily raise or lower the bolster beam to provide the correct distance between ram and pressing surface. The adjustable chromium plated piston ram can be moved from side to side on its rail guide system. An oil filled pressure gauge provides accurate pressure readings.
