The bins are great, they fit into my closet cubbies perfectly! However, two of the bins came cracked. I've been trying to get a refund for the two cracked bins, unfortunately after two trips to Walmart in an attempt to return them I have been told that I have to return the whole set of 6 and package them in a box. I am in the process of trying to get all six of the bins boxed and sent to Walmart. This is very inconvenient for me, considering that I have already organized things into the 4 I damaged bins. I feel like it would be much easier and cost effective for both parties if the seller could issue me a refund for the two cracked bins. I've never had any trouble returning things to Walmart until now!
