I have had a hoover carpet cleaner for over 20 years, and I had two of the same kind. The last one over 10 years, but it was time for an upgrade. This is an amazing upgrade. Best carpet cleaner!! I have cream colored carpet with 2 Dobermans and an English bulldog and let me tell you this gets the every mess out and makes my carpet look like new!
