Return was a problem

This phone was evidently an "international" phone (although the description did not indicate that). I was unable to use the phone with my phone service. I tried (as did the rep at my cellular service) for MANY hours to get the phone to work. Unfortunately, we were not successful and I had to return the phone. I loved the design, the color and have had Samsung phones for many years. So I was disappointed to have to return it. I was able to return and get a refund without any difficulties. I had also purchased a phone case for the phone. I returned that as well (along with the proper barcode paperwork required). I received the refund for the phone, but not for the case. When UPS came to pick up the items, the gentleman said he could not scan the barcodes I had and that he would return tomorrow with a receipt for my package. I should have realized then that there may be a problem. He did return with a receipt for the phone, but not for the case. It is somewhere at Walmart. But I doubt I will ever receive a credit for that purchase.
