I have only used it 5 times so far, but I do see a difference in the color of my teeth. It is very easy to use. I did have to turn the bottom quite a few times to get it started then after that only once to use it. My teeth do feel cleaner each time I use it. My only concern is I am starting to feel a little sensitivity.
