Amazing flavor boost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok. My husband uses his smoker. A lot. And I'm used to good smoked meats, great usually. But these wood pellets. These add an extra layer of flavor and add some depth to the flavor profile. We haven't ever used “pellets” vs the normal bigger chunks. Imagine our surprise when we realized that we could use these in our normal grill, or even our oven when we bake! Mind blown, to say the least. Now. For the flavor. My husband likes to joke that I could have never married a vampire because of how much I love garlic. It's true. But it also has got flavors of caramelized onions. Love it. Overall, I would definitely recommend to boost flavors, even if you don't have a smoker!
