The weight limit is great. I was able to swing on this swing with my grandchildren. I'm not a small person. Sturdy straps should be purchased at the same time. Since we did not have swing straps we used a heavy duty tow strap with hooks. Worked well!

I purchased this 40 inch saucer swing because my little one was getting too big for her paw patrol bucket swing that we purchased last year and she didn't like the plastic swing that came with the swing set we own. the saucer swing is extremely nice you can sit on it and have fun or you can lay back and just enjoy the day swinging in the wind me and her can fit on it together which makes it even better because we can relax and enjoy a nice day together on the swing definitely recommend. 👍👍👍
