Item pictured and described didn't match tire

The tire picture looks aggressive and shows studable winter tires, even the details say these are winter tires. But the actual tires - are all season, and do NOT match the description but do match the name and style listed. Vendor does not provide a valid picture or description of their tire. If you look close at the sidewall of the tire, it even shows a different brand
