Not too hard to assemble. Bought 4. They look nice but the color of the wood was a little darker than we expected. Still a good deal and less expensive for the same chair here than other sites I've seen.

I absolutely love these stools! We love the fact that hey swivel and are perfect height for my kitchen island. The fabric is exactly what I wanted, but the wood is darker in person than in the picture on the website. That was a little deceiving, but overall, a wonderful product!
