I love these. I thought I ordered the shiny set, but I got the matte. Probably my mistake. One bowl looked like it had a chip in it, but when I looked at it really good it was just the gold trim overlapping a little too far into the bowl. It looks kind of funky. I might ask the company to replace just one bowl.
