I use this wonderful vendor to correct a huge issue I had with another Walmart Vender FRESH DROPLETS! Do not purchase from FRESH DROPLETS!! I recently had a very disappointing experience with Walmart's online retailer FRESH DROPLETS. I made a purchase of 8 bottles of my favorite shampoo and intending them as gifts for my family. Specifically, these eight bottles were divided into three separate gift orders, each shipped to different family members. The price offered was excellent, so I took advantage of the deal. However, my excitement turned into frustration when, despite receiving tracking numbers and having my account debited, the order was abruptly cancelled the day after it was supposed to be delivered. This led me to spend an hour and a half on the phone with customer service, only to be informed that I would have to wait 48 hours for a response from the vendor. Having worked in retail myself, I understand the importance of timely and effective customer service, and this delay was simply unacceptable. To add to the inconvenience, I had to reorder the items at a significantly higher price to ensure my gifts were completed on time. This entire experience left me feeling let down and frustrated, especially considering the initial promise of a great deal. I sincerely hope that Walmart takes steps to prevent such issues from happening to other customers in the future. Prioritizing customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth order fulfillment and communication processes are crucial in today's competitive ecommerce landscape. I requested to be contacted by a manager and nobody got back to me.
