Affordable modern table
This glass table sits in my small guesthouse living room giving it a clean, spacious and modern look. The glass top and legs were shipped separately and it was not difficult to assemble. It does help to have an extra set of hands to lift the table into place when legs are assembled, but I was able to do it on my own. I have gotten many compliments for the table and overall look of the space which is small - combined entry dining living room, so the glass table allows for less visual clutter in a tiny space. I have had my table now for 2 years and it has withstood various groups of guests using the table as a desk, work table, and dining table as well. It has none to minimal scratches if any. It seats 4 comfortably however it is narrow so some table mats may overlap. We have sat up to 6 adults. It is recommended to not put heavy or hot items on the table so it helps to have a cart or buffet near by, or the kitchen. Table fits just the plates silverware and glasses nicely along with table mats. This past weekend a guest informed me two of the legs came off during the time they were seated (5 guests). They said they caught the glass top so it did not break. And no one got hurt. I have put a request into the seller to see what they advise to reglue the leg cup to the glass. ( please note the glass top comes with the metal cups attached to the glass already. Legs are shipped separately and then screwed in. See images. The whole leg attachment came off of two sides. I will update this review after the seller replies and I have completed this concern. In the meantime, it's a beautiful table for the price and could work as a desk as well!
