Perfect

never tried this brand but i'm happy i did! great quality and ingredients. as far as the frequency, i take 1 pill a day and it helps w pms as well as numerous benefits. The tablet size are small, no taste. Selenium is a great mineral to supplement in general.

Excellent!

I started taking this supplement for my immunity and also to improve my thyroid function. And it works very well. The capsules are large but easy to swallow. The smell after opening the bottle is unpleasant, but this is always characteristic of selenium products. I continue to use it and am glad I have this product.

Excellent!

Great product with an antioxidant ingredient . Selenium builds up in our systems fairly fast. Especially if you are already eating a well rounded diet. I was taking this daily for a few weeks, and started to feel terrible. It turns out it was building up in my system. Our body gets rid of excess selenium fairly fast, and I was back to 'normal' after a month. I take this once a week now. The size of the tablet is quite good , and the quality of this product is incredible!
