Great patio set and great customer service!!

We were very satisfied with the product! The pieces seem to be made very well and are sturdy. We were sent two of the same boxes and one box was not shipped. We contacted customer service about the missing box and duplicate. They were very timely and responsive to helping us and sending us the right box to finish our order. We received it within 2-3 days! The only complaint we have is that the chairs are hard to put together in certain places because of lack of space to tighten screws and the cushions seem a little cheap. It is somewhat time consuming to put it all together, but nothing two people can't tackle together. But overall, we were very satisfied with the set and it looks great on our patio, love the gray colors! Great customer service!
