Disappointed in shipping and foam filling.

Love the print but foam inside the 11x14 is not pressed into the corners making the pillow look like an 8x11. The shipping package was disgraceful. Two 11x14 pillows were compressed into an 8x8 box. This is not the first time as the filling in a 12x12 pillow was the same. I love the Betsy Drake designs but I will not order again.
