The grey fruit of the loom sweatshirt is great. Very soft inside. Very comfortable. I also ordered a black 2xl and a black xl. The 2xl was fine but the black xl was not identifiable by the tag. Everything on the tag written in Spanish and said that it is from honduras. Really??? Really??? It doesn't even say fruit of the loom. I'm disappointed truly disappointed. Juli

Great Customer Service

I want to start out by saying that I received great Customer Service. I ordered 3 sweat shirts and 3 sweat pants. I did not receive one of the sweat shirts. I called customer service and was told they would send out a replacement immediately. I had ordered in plenty of time for Christmas, but did not check the entire package until 2 days before. I still received the item the day after Christmas. This means to me that someone in customer service, replaced the item and promptly shipped it. The Custoner Service was amazing. The employee was polite, apologetic, professional and was all around amazing to me. I appreciated her attention, her over and above professionalism, and the fact that although I'm sure she was extremely busy, she still made me seem important. I wish I had her name so that she could be recognized for her amazing service.

These are for Men, but I like them because they are longer and just perfect to wear with leggings! These were on sale on Black Friday but I was not sure if I would be able to get them in the store so I ordered them online - same price! I like them big so I ordered the XL and they are great!
