It has the perfect amount of padding to provide nipple coverage and the breast area is rounded and not pointed. I ordered a D because that's what I normally wear and it works although without a wire or thick padding I would suggest sizing down one. I am tightening the straps a little more and that's fine and I love it. Also it adjusts in the front so it's really easy.
