I use this for my neck and shoulders although it's not really meant for that. It's relatively easy to fit around my neck even though I am very small. It charges easily and holds the charge for at least 2 hours depending on the heat setting. The battery fits tightly into the pocket so it won't fall out. It is soft and comfortable. Perhaps the only thing I find difficult is changing the settings once it is on. I've already purchased another as a gift.
